Single Payment

For payments in Euros, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

For payments in British Pounds, we only accept Paypal.

Payments in 3 installments without fees

Only valid for payments in euros if you reside in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Finland.

Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery window

We offer standard and express shipping services to most countries. Orders placed after 1 pm (BST) will be shipped the next working day. To qualify for express delivery, please place your order by 1 pm (BST) and it will be dispatched on the same day.

All deliveries require a signature.

During the sale and Christmas periods, there may be a delay with your delivery. We will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our customer service support team is here to help should you require any further assistance.

Discrete and Neutral Packaging

Our products are shipped in discreet and neutral packaging, with no logos or indications of the contents.

Damaged packages

Soft Paris cannot be held responsible in the case of problems during transport (an open package that opened package by a third party and/or lost).

Please don’t accept open packages because the contents may be incomplete and claims will not be possible.

You have 15 days from the date of shipment of the package to make a claim on the contents.

Your package is returned to Soft Paris

This occurs either because the recipient’s address is incorrect, because the package itself has been more than 14 days at the post office nearest to the recipient. You will be charged for the cost of re-shipping (£8.50 / 8.50€) plus £4.50 / 5€ processing fee. The above process must be followed to ensure timely processing of your return request.

Returns

Defective Products

All exchanges/returns must be made within the deadline of the warranty. You may return a defective product under the manufacturing warranty within 1 day to 6 months from the date of receiving of the product (see Warranty page below). The batteries supplied with some intimate toys are demonstration batteries only and have a short life. Please, ensure you use functional batteries and that they are inserted correctly before returning a product. Refund for a defective product will be made within 30 days of the return.

Refunds & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a refund or exchange. We will ask you to return the products received. Your shipping charges are not refunded by Soft Paris. The products should be sent to Soft Paris within 28 days of the date of the order cancellation. The refund for the cancelled order will be made within 30. If you’ve chosen to make an exchange, please wait a few days so we can send you your exchanged products. In case of excessive returns/exchanges, Soft Paris reserves the right to refuse a refund.

How to make a return

Send a message via the contact form indicating the order number, the product reference and the request (refund / exchange). A refund number will be given for speedy treatment of your request. For an exchange, a new article will be issued. Shipping costs are at your expense, forwarding expenses will be paid by Soft Paris unless it appears that the original product was not defective (you will then be billed for forwarding expenses). We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If your products were purchased during a home sales party: contact your advisor(s), they will handle everything.
