These conditions of sale define the terms of sale between Soft Paris and the Internet User for ordering, payment and delivery. They govern all the necessary steps for placing an order and the tracking of this order between the contracting parties.
The order implies full and irrevocable acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The latter may be subject to change, the conditions applicable are those in force on the date on which the order is placed by the Internet User.
For this purpose the Internet User must:
- Be over the age of 18, not under guardianship and have the capacity to enter into this agreement
- Not buy products from www.softparis.com for resale
1 – Limitations
Products offered for sale by Soft Paris are those listed on the site www.softparis.co.uk on the day of visiting the site by the Internet User. The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stock. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost care and the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions were to occur in this presentation, please let us apologise in advance. We will make every effort to promptly correct these errors.
2 – Price
The price is indicated in Pounds Sterling (£) including VAT, duty paid, without delivery fees. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the Internet User unless stated otherwise in the conditions. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day the order is confirmed. Soft Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered. For all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and formalities, unless otherwise indicated, are solely the responsibility of the Internet User.
3 – Order
The internet user must have read and irrevocably accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing the order. The validation of the order by the Internet User implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The sale will only be considered final once the Internet User receives the confirmation of order by Soft Paris and receipt with full price. The automatic registration systems are considered proof of the contract of sale and the date. Soft Paris is committed to fulfilling orders received on its website only within the limits of available stock of products. If a product is unavailable, Soft Paris agrees to promptly notify the Internet User.
4 – Payment
Payment must be made online by credit card. The bill is available on the www.softparis.com site.
5 – Secure Payment
We apply the security protocol SSL 128-bit data of the Société Générale which encrypts transactions and protects professionally. You will be redirected to the SOGENACTIF platform systematically, no information is treated by Soft Paris.
6 – Shipment, Payment and Delivery
Except in cases of exceptional circumstances, the delivery will be within the limits of available stock, as indicated on the site www.softparis.co.uk. Soft Paris is not liable in any case of delay in delivery. Therefore, no claim of compensation of any nature whatsoever may be invoked by the Internet User to Soft Paris except the right of withdrawal and in the event that the product is defective within the period of warranty. Soft Paris reserves the right to choose the carrier who guarantees the delivery of products. Transport risks are borne by the customer after the release of the product from the warehouse. The Internet User is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered and to issue appropriately any reservations on the delivery of the carrier.

8 – Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime up to 14 days after the order is delivered. If you wish to cancel the order you MUST DO SO IN WRITING and deliver personally or send (e.g. by post or email) to Soft Paris. If cancelled the cancellation takes effect when the notice of cancellation is sent (posted or emailed). The burden of proof to show that the notice of cancellation was given falls on the consumer. Provided that any goods which you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned to us (at your own expense) complete and in good condition within 14 days of your right of cancellation you will be entitled to receive a full refund using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order. You will incur no fees for that reimbursement. PLEASE DO NOT return goods to the Soft Paris Dublin address provided you must await full instructions on how to return your order once Soft Paris have received notice of your cancellation. All products need to be returned in their original state. Thus all sealed products need to be sealed. For health protection and hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate toys which has been unsealed can not be sent back. This does not effect your statutory rights.
9 – Privacy Policy
The information collected in the context of distance selling is required, such information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and to create invoices. This information is strictly confidential and is only intended for Soft Paris. In accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on the site www.softparis.co.uk is the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties. In all cases, all links even if previously authorised must be removed on request from Soft Paris.
11 – Responsibility
The Soft Paris company has, for all stages of access to the site, of the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, an obligation of means. Soft Paris can not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the internet site, including interruption of service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as exceptional circumstances, according to the case.

14 – Dispute
In case of dispute, the competent court is the court on which the company Soft Paris depends.
